The Inspiration
"For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a SOUND MIND."
2 Timothy 1:7

Born in Chicago and raised in Texas, my journey into the world of therapy began early. When I was ten, my mother’s mental health struggles became more visible—and as a child, I found myself trying to make sense of what I couldn’t name yet. That curiosity grew into a calling: to support others through their own pain, healing, and transformation.

I now work with individuals, couples, families, and marriages navigating life’s most tender and complex seasons. Whether you’re feeling stuck, grieving a loss, facing relationship struggles, or moving through pregnancy and postpartum transitions—I’m here to help you not just survive, but thrive.

I earned my B.A. in Psychology from Argosy University and my M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University. With every client, I bring warmth, honesty, and deep respect for your story and strength.

Because the truth is: our attachments matter—and when they’re strained or painful, it can feel overwhelming. But healing is possible. Let’s explore what’s beneath the surface and move toward the life and connection you truly deserve.
